If you are a first-time client of Total Computer Solutions:
You have 30 days from your initial signup to cancel your hosting account(s). If you cancel within 30 days, Total Computer Solutions will issue you a full refund of any recurring (quarterly or annual) hosting fees paid to us.

Since we setup your account immediately after you sign it up, setup fees are non-refundable. Our refund policy does not apply to any additional items or services, such as SQL 2000, additional disk space, etc.

If you have a request for cancellation, please call our phone number, as all requests for cancellation must be verified by phone. Our Customer Service department can be reached Monday through Friday, 9am-7pm EST at (732) 239-9084.

If you are already a client of TOTAL computer Solutions please note:
If you signup additional accounts with us after you have hosted here 30 days or longer, these accounts are not eligible for refunds. Only accounts signed up within your first 30 days with Total Computer Solutions are eligible if they are cancelled within this 30 day period.
